The professor Gwenn Jones Hall can be converted to other functional requirements.a state of the arts audio-visual and communication technology has been fashioned into this hall offering new dimention of interaction to meet the diverse needs of meeting planners and function organisers*. The smaller meeting rooms provides execellent settings for equsite cocktails and gathering of the distinguished. The flexebility of these rooms allows tranformation into a studious lecture room, an important meeting venue or an intimate dining room.

This is where applying the best measures in condusive settings makes coporate proceedings more effective. The Gwenn Jones Hall is a fully air conditioned hall and featuring sunlight options and access to the lower lobby which is an ideal spot for quick talks and tet a tets. All necessary conference equipments and utensils are available, many of them being factored into the hall rental.               

Our halls have played host to the Nigerian embassy in Sierra Leone indipendent dinner, Zain Annual Dinner [the leading cell phone company in Sierra Leone], Libyan Embassy independent day dinner, Rokel Commercial Bank 10th year anniversary, plan international Sierra Leone, Amnesty Internnational conference on maternal mortality in Sierra Leone. to just name a few.

And we are looking forward to host Freddy McGregor Show, the Faesidon Group lunching show, several weddings and cocktail parties lined up for the festive season this year.

* Our conference centre has at disposal various presentation aids and equipment. From projector screens of various sizes, sound and addressing system, lecterns sound equipment [built in and portable], sport lights, flip chart to white boards.
